Refund & Returns

We are happy to refund any order.

‼️If you decide not to pick up your order because you have to pay customs duties, an aspect of which you are informed in the product description,  you will support the cost of returning the package, as the situation any fault.

Please make sure you compare the measurements of the garment you want to purchase with a similar one you already own to ensure the best fit! If you are not sure, we're here to answer any question you might have :)

We care about the planet & seek to minimize our carbon footprint to be as sustainable as possible, SO we'd LOVE IT if you joined us on this mission and not refund an item unless absolutely necessary.

All items can be returned and issued with a refund, provided they arrive at our address within 14 days of receipt, 21 days for international orders. Items sent back after that period will not be eligible for a refund.

 We can only refund the original cost, not any postage costs, unless your order is incorrect or faulty, in which case we will refund the return postage.

Returned item(s), that have been subject to free shipping will have our original delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded, unless your order is incorrect or faulty, in which case we will refund the return postage.

All items will be inspected upon return. They must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. We will also need the invoice to process the refund. Any goods returned to us in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender.

Please send all returns via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items and send us the tracking number after you will ship the item(s). We are not responsible for any loss or damaged goods during transit when the item(s) is sent back to us from you.

As soon as we will be in the possession of the package back, we will send you the refund.
